Jesse Florea
Jesse Florea has worked at Focus on the Family for nearly twenty-five years. For the past twenty, he’s been the editor of Focus on the Family Clubhouse magazine (for boys and girls ages eight to twelve) and is currently the editorial director for youth publications where he oversees Clubhouse and Clubhouse Jr. magazines. He’s also worked as the associate editor of Breakaway magazine and developed and edited the Focus on Your Child program for parents.
Additionally, Jesse has written, co-written or edited more than thirty books (including Girl Talk/Guy Talk: Devotions for Teens, The Case for Grace for Kids, The One Year Father-Daughter Devotions, Devotions for Super Average Kids, and The One Year Devotions for Active Boys). Between these books, several he worked on with Lee Strobel, and sports biographies that he has published with Zonderkids and Barbour, he has sold over half a million books. He and his wife, Stephanie, have two grown children, one grandchild, and live in Colorado Springs.
